Jim Parsons made this show what it was without a doubt, his performance moving around the theatre making random sounds to the befuddlement of other patrons was Mr Bean level hysterical.

Jim Parsons is a master of physical comedy, his facial expressions and poise is hysterically funny, he would have been brilliant in silent films like Buster Keaton, and he has an old time look about him, like 1920s or 1950s. That scene in the cinema and that smiling scene are just classic, surreal, very physical and odd and I love it. What makes it funnier is Leonards exasperation, the straight man if you like to Sheldons lunacy 😂
