Looking at one of these for my 75 nova with a TCI 700r4 it will be a sometimes daily/street/strip car (really just want a prostreet cruiser) how's the mileage and have you had any issues I've heard to stay away cause of block size and bore but i feel like that's bull thank you!

I've had zero problems with this engine and it's a very strong pulling engine. I really haven't checked the mileage on it, but I'd guess 10-12 mpg if you can control yourself. The engine is pretty much bored out to it's max and probably would not take anything more than a good honing if you had to do a rebuild on it. It is by far the meanest small block I've ever run in anything; it's an absolute blast to drive.

Did you leave the crate engine as is or modify it before installing it? I’m looking at getting this one. Does it put out enough power for you?

The only thing I've done to the engine is bump the timing up to 37 degrees and added a 2" carb spacer, which gained two tenths and three mph at the track. The engine makes way more power than you can stick to the streets on street tires. It hooks good on a prepped track with drag radials though. It makes enough power that you will need a transmission and a rear end built to handle the additional power.

My first thought was that's more than an exhaust system, then I look at the comments, lol. Sounds great man. I had a 3rd Gen RS with Flowmasters. Loved that car. Didn't sound nearly as good as yours.

Ok, I can officially declare the little atv fixed, they rode the tar out of it all day, it never put out over 13.2 volts while running and the battery is sitting at 12.9 volts at the end of the day.

Thats not a bone stock IROC i now my first car was a 86 iroc and believe me it was beautiful car but a stock gt mustang would blow the doors of it and for get about a buck regal grand national no chance but the iroc would get the ladies just because it look so mich better than the mustang

My older brother had an 88 IROC convertible with a stock 5.7. It was basically a Corvette. Before Instagram and all that BS, he had a decal on his windshield "Foxbody Killer" and boy did he kill some Mustangs. At the same time I had S10s with 350s and 454s that I build. These were drag trucks. I also had the decal.
