At my age I should have switched from gixxer 1000 to this but bite was stolen last year for the last time since police didn't even put my lojack in the system until 9 months later

i bought this unit new on ebay but when i use it i was able to recover but i was unable to purge left over refrigerant from the recovery machine to recovery tank

I’ve owned this recovery machine put in my order before they even announced it for sale and United States. 🇺🇸 I was one of the first purchase to the retail market and use the four-cylinder recovery unit daily. I abuse the hell out of the thing.. Even made a video putting into recovery tank and the recovery machine intentionally on a hot Summer day in front of the condenser discharge fans. And operated like it didn’t even know there was heat being discharged on the tank and the cool air the four-cylinder recovery machine. Use it to recover refrigerant way down to roughly 1000 µm. Hands-down, this is the strongest fastest smallest compact recovery I’ve ever used. .

Okay, just for all the new people that are just starting the industry. Whatever you do when you put in a new straight of cool, do not follow these steps. Once you think you've gotten it in and tightened up, you close that ball valve, you crack and take off the end with the stem, and you slowly turn that ball valve. Because if any part fails and you have freon coming out of that ball valve tip, then you know it did not seal correctly and you need to replace that valve coal. You have a faulty little rubber ring in it or something else. That is a safety step, then fully remove from the unit

Strange thing, every other image of these N2A4 on websites didn't actually show that you could attach the yellow hose in the middle. It is always shown without a threaded connection. Thanks for showing this.

Sounds like it really struggles with the reverse bend. Kinda makes me worried about the lifespan of the tool. I hate to be pessimistic because this is a very very cool tool!

The comparison at :40 is to show that our new oil produces minimal oil mist. This feature is mainly for those doing evacuation indoors. The micron gauge was meant to prove that we did experiments in a sealed system.

@@NAVAC I will forward this video to the face book group I’m on called Automotive HVAC technicians I do have a question though One of your digital eight CFM vacuum pumps that had the built-in micron meter . Had a little issue that had a pattern failure problem.. I myself have one that failed rather early . Seeing a handful of them going in under warranty at the Johnstone Supply.. My question is, is this under a known extended warranty return program for this particular model . I really like my NAVAC model NRD 16T 12 CFM 3 µm rated vacuum pump This thing is a beast . And the NAVAC four-cylinder recovery machine can’t be beat. Definitely in a class of its own.. 👍

The amount should be located on the data tag of the unit, and how much you need to add should be found on the manufacturer's installation manual.
