I watched this, melly wasn’t a star and he’s not famous , I live in California and know people who listen to rap ! When I bring him up they look at me and ask who he is! They never even heard of murder on my mind either! A star gets played on the radio, a star sells albums , a stars name is known! Funny how nobody knows him outside of Florida or until this trial came out! Also sak chaser and juvy wrote songs to they aren’t all mellows! Juvy was offered a record label ,bet you didn’t knkw that did you? There’s a sequel to murder in my mind , it’s also about murder! Mellys been in and out of the system since he was wayyyy younger ,try 14 yrs old when he stole a gun from a family member and used it to shoot at people at HIS OWN a school! He has been arrested for guns and drug for stuff! A good journalist tells the truth and does background research ! Melly did the murders the evidense is clear! But it is Florida and most killers walk in Florida ! Why because jurors can’t seem to follow the evidence right in front of them! Look up billy adams ( Tampa florida this year) he was aquited of double murder and guess what 3 days after he killed his pregnant gf and he’s claiming self defense ! He left a toddler in his girlfriends car alone! Melly will kill again to if he gets out! Money and fame is why he killed sak and juvy! Spotify is not a record label ! Your guest isn’t seeing the crime he did ! She is blind to the facts in the case! Mellys own mouth shows his guilt and he is a gangbanger ! Rappers and gangs are associated to each other , for protection and other things! Your guest is a legend in her own mind!

Thank you so much, Vickie! I see the crime but also adhere to this silly little thing called "The Constitution", so I firmly believe in "innocent until proven guilty". Never once did I claim to be a "legend"...but methinks I've been practicing as a therapist longer than you've been alive, so there is some credibility to that. ::shrug:::

@@ShelleyKoskiShafferThank you for for this. I actually am starting therapy for this trial. I still work as a nurse and have leave everything I’m going through at the door. I have never felt so helpless than I do now. I save lives and I don’t have a magic medicine to just make this all this go away. I pray for everyone involved it’s sad and I chose love over everything ❤️

I know you didn't ask for my advice, but I'm going to give it: if you do not feel safe or "click" with your therapist, FIND A NEW ONE! You are not buying shoes here - this is your LIFE! Almost all research says it's the therapeutic rapport/relationship between the client and provider that is the highest predictor for success. And can I take a moment and thank you for your work as a nurse? I work with "capital T" Trauma and healthcare workers (especially during/post COVID) experienced consistent Traumas! Thank you, Miss Jamie! I'm praying you find the right fit and are able to find your "happy", even throughout what is probably the worst years of your life.....if we had magic wands, we'd use them, right? xoxo

Cognitive dissonance, that turns into cognitive distortion when you lie to yourself. When the body keeps score, therapy and somatics/art therapy really helps. Life is not a heroic journey, but it's always nice to see someone overcome their victim mindsets and step onto their healing path and see what else life has to offer beyond the pain. After a while, you get tired of being taken advantage of. So you choose differently 🥰 I don't need people, helping me to be a fool when I'm acting like one. Hang around people, that support the health of marriage.

I think Spence has a deep regret for not fighting Pacquiao, Considering how poor Pacquiao performance was with Ugas. I know Spence feel like DAM MAN, I WOULD HAVE KNOCKED PACQUIAO ASS OUT THAT NIGHT, because it was a tremendously off night for Pacquiao.
