Not trying to be critical, but just expressing my mind...! This video has really convinced me of the importance of appearance and bodily movements while giving presentations. Really I used to take it for granted until now. And by the way, I'm a very open-minded person. I struggled through the video because of the 'gangsteric' appearance of the presenter. I mean considering a very beautifully crafted, and fitted curly tattoo on the arm, nipples shooting out from the shirt, and the head cover, all, with such body built...! I almost left few minutes into the video because of the confusion, wondering if I'm really getting business insight from a gangster..., until I read the comments about how awesome the content is. So I forced myself to stay till the end. Well, while getting over the 'gangsteric' impression in the latter half of the video, I got hit by too much touching of the nose. Chai, it felt so disgusting! And even scary that he is using the same hand he uses to clean the board to wipe his nose, taking the chemicals into his lungs...! If really the content is as valuable as other people had commented, I can't really tell coz towards the end it felt like I was stressing my head to endure all the repulsive aspects of the video...!! And the stress had completely overwhelmed the gain. I hope you'd be much more presentable in other videos so people like me wouldn't be struggling to grasp the value in your lessons.

The topic is really good but needs preparation. Especially the algebra should have been avoided. It actually doesn't explain things as we would calculate in head.

I got cleared what my doubt that were in Equity dilution. Very much thanks. Very much appreciated for this video.

What happens if I have 80% and 1st investor has 20% equity and company valuation is 50,00,000. And 2nd investor comes and give us 50,00,000. Is it, me will have 40%, 1st investor will have 10%, and 2nd investor will have 50%? And will value of per share will get doubled? Also, do we have to take permission of 1st investors holding 20% (10% new) to bring 2nd investor at 50% or only we have to notify them? I would be grateful if you answer these.
