A few drops is all it takes. You might try 3-5 drops to 8 oz of water. When in doubt, always, always start low and slow. You can always increase dosage as you become familiar and see what happens. Especially, if you have pets around. Don't want them licking up substances that might harm them:)

As I understand it, there are at least four different varieties / cultivars of tulsi - kapura / kapoor / temperate tulsi, vana, rama, krishna - all with different names in Latin so they can’t all have the same effects and compounds: do you know which varieties the studies you mention refer to?
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing 49 минут бұрын
I do not. But your point is well made. Always check the botanical names of plants to be sure of what you are using. That said, many similar species, such as basil, will have surprisingly similar chemical makeups making them virtually interchangeable with one another. In Ayurveda and TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) they will often acknowledge overlapping properties while sometimes teasing out a few key differences that might direct a persons choice for one variety or the other. Great question. Thanks for writing in.

Great video. I understand that Neem can be effective for emergency contraception, but I’m curious to know if it is the best option available. Is it a reliable choice compared to other methods, or are there more effective alternatives? Additionally, what is the recommended dosage if Neem is used, and is it typically consumed in tea form or through another method?
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing 53 минут бұрын
Tough questions, because each person's needs and physical health can be widely different suggesting different doses or even a different approach. Neem is considered one of the best natural prevent pregnancy options. I know of no approach that is fully guaranteed to prevent pregnancy as Mother Nature and Fate seem to often have their own agenda, no matter what you do or use. The only full-proof method is abstaining from intercourse. Typically, neem would be used as douche for pregnancy prevention.

Dosing is always a tricky question because each person and condition differ. For some only a small amount is needed, for others more. And still others, may need an entirely different herb. The rule of thumb is go slow and low and always consider these moments a good opportunity to check with your healthcare provider...they can help guide your process:)

@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing Сағат бұрын
That may be THE question! as it has multiple answers and is often the result of several factors from stress, lifestyle, diet, even exercise can all impact sleep. In TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) one of the key protocols is to boost Yin as Yin is what cools, nourishes, and helps to anchor Yang (upward moving, agitating, heat) so that a person can slip into a restful sleep state. So one question might be....are you Yin Deficient? Visit your local TCM practitioner and find out.

Standard urine, saliva, or hair drug tests do not test for organic herbal blends. They are typically testing for recreational drugs (PCP, LSD, inhalants such as paint or glue, valium, barbituates, THC (as found in cananabis or synthetic cannabis) etc. Smoking mullein will not show up in a drug test.

Depending on your health and needs, practically any herb can if used improperly (too long or too much) run counter to a person's needs. The question will always be, what condition are you in and what is your purpose for taking an herb or supplement? Your healthcare provider can help guide you to choosing the best herbs for you and recommending how much to take and for how long. You can also visit our website to download my complimentary How To Choose The Right Herb guide book to help walk you through a simple 8-step process for making better herbal selections for you. www.whiterabbitinstituteofhealing.com/ Also be aware, that the leaves, shoots, and resins (both dry and liquid) can have different applications and dosing requirements...so be sure of what you are choosing to take and why...Be Healthy:)

The body metabolizes compounds in many different ways and each person can be vulnerable to side effects for many different reasons. Side effects are just that, events that might happen for some and depending on dosing and the person's underlying constitution and potential for allergic reaction. Some people cannot use Aspirin. Not every herb or supplement or medicine is for everyone. Fortunately, we all have options to choose from. It sounds like this is not the herb for you:) Visit our website and discover other possible alternatives and see your healthcare provider for recommendations as well:) Be Healthy!

hello there, i just fell into mullein and want to be able to harvest and dry my own fro smoking. do you have any idea, how to properly dry it? can you smoke the flowers and the buds too? just the leaves?
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing
@WhiteRabbitInstituteofHealing 2 ай бұрын
How fun! Nothing like fresh mullein:) Drying is best done in a cool, dry place. Some like to use a drying rack so ventilation is good, others will gather the stalks together and hang upside down from the ceiling. It can take 1-3 days to dry depending on the moisture in the plant and environment you live in. The leaves especially need to be dried so they don't mold. Both the leaves and flowers can be used for smoking. It burns slowly with an nice earthy aroma. It is a gentle herb, calming and soothing.
