Nice conclusion! Similar background Francesco, I also started as a developer. Going back to the question, I would be tempted to say no, unless for a new team. Yes, I do trust the team to get the job done, but in the beginning, I find it interesting to go a little bit deeper if the team doesn't have sufficient knowledge and needs more direction or inspiration.
