The single hydro in the middle on the cat gets more curl on the front bucket because all the hydro fluid goes to one source and divide it to 2 like the one hydro on the bucket curl the case are good machines but the cat series 1 and 2 were good machines the double hydro on the boom easy for mechanics to work on and not have to pull them out of the boom and such the cat b the cab and windows kinda didn't open up as much and the backwindow if driving will hit a bump and come down hit you in the top of your head if the window shocks are worn down the cat c was good the extended hoe was different than the E models the D models good machines just don't like loading trucks with them the high bed trucks but cool machines. The cat series 1 and 2 wss old refurbished case ck with a different loader and such but still rebuilt and just as good as the 580 in my opinion. They serve there purposes but I like the excavator for the 360turn and if you got one lane open you can pull the truck behind you with a thumb is a robotic arm almost do anything not drive on the hiway unless you working on it. The IT good for quick tach loader and forks but you can weld some hooks on the front and have a set of forks so depends
