Both. They added lines for this dramatization and cut lines from the game (it's more notable in the other tracks).

Great translation! Though, I have one thing to say: you should have translated "irregular" as "Maverick". Maverick in Japanese means irregular, that's it. If this is an English translation, you should type it as "Maverick".

I am aware of it. But I have a policy of keeping consistency between names in Japanese version, and didn't want to mix in English terms and Japanese terms.

There are two things that were cut in this drama track compared to the original game: 3:16 Just Weil's laugh. 5:05 Neige saying "Zero". 4:49 Here is during Weil's speech, the one that would be later in the original game.

It is possible that this lumen is brought by kirin from the bad ending of gunvolt 3 and given to copen in IX2 DLC when she travels through multiple worlds, that explains everything.
