Hey man, Been trying my synthetic Harrison Hoot’n stick for a few minutes this morning and I watched just about every “how to” video on it; mine’s pitch just sounds super low no matter what I do. I can never reach the higher pitches people get doing their Who cooks for you who cooks for you-alls. I blow hard enough that it doesn’t sound raspy, and lightly enough that it doesn’t lock up the reed. Tried many combinations of back pressure. Ever seen someone have that problem? Any tips maybe?

Hey bud I just watched your video and I’m going to try this out tomorrow. I have an aftermarket forend on my 500 and I didn’t realize that the shop that did the mods replaced the action tube with a forend with action bars connected and that thing rattles back and forth like crazy. I actually thought that this was how mossberg pumps are normally. Hopefully it works!

Any resistance caused by velcro when racking it?
@jasonneugebauer53102 жыл бұрын
Great setup hopefully I will build something similar in the future. Right now I am sending up my first dehumidification kiln and I am adding a side room with a wood stove to heat up the kiln when it needs it. Heating with electricity or propane costs an arm and a leg so I'm just going to use an old wood stove until I can afford a wood boiler. Thanks for the video.

I just did this to. But I have a question did you take the Velcro out of the inside and only do the sides????
@coonhuntervcha13 жыл бұрын
Yes I removed the Velcro from the slides and left the Velcro on the pump inside.
@garrettstraffon6083 жыл бұрын
@@coonhuntervcha1 I might be doing the same thing I have it on both right now and it’s just tight and I don’t really trust it. I feel like it’s going to get wet or dislodge
@garrettstraffon6083 жыл бұрын
@@coonhuntervcha1 ok I was actually talking about inside the tube. Not on the woods stock in side. Like in the tube on the metal. Mine just seems to tight and sketchy. Even after trimming it, I would like to just have it on the inside of the stock I think
@agill57793 жыл бұрын
Can you still get one of these
@thewoolycontacts3 жыл бұрын
How come my 835 doesnt have that metal tube in the forend? I have the mossberg 835 ulti mag turkey gun. And it's just the rails and the plastic forend.

What type of glue did you use?
@coonhuntervcha13 жыл бұрын
The Velcro that I used was a peel and stick luckily. I didn’t have to use a glue it adheres itself.
