Time has told his story Kirk Cameron is not a Christian. It's mind-boggling I don't discount everything that Kurt has done in the beginning but when you look at him today what else can you conclude that he has walked away from the truth first John chapter 2 and verse 19 explains him perfectly of course I'm open to being corrected on this but I believe Time has told his story kzbin.info/www/bejne/hauck2h-arinrpY

What a powerful testimony. The phrase "just try Jesus." That phrase I heard it once, and it constantly came back into the front of my mind. We should always remember to say it when talking about salvation. Jesus is the only way. Just try Jesus. 🌹

To get salvation we need to repent. Repenting is being sorry enough to quit a sin, to turn away from sin in our lives and try our best to walk with Christ and obey him and his word.

Christianity is an evil fear-based religion, one big scare tactic, contrived to control people through fear, that's why it's obsessed with '' sin ''.

So important what Pastor MacArthur says about what we choose to do with to situations, temptations, etc., that we encounter -- lest before we know it we've gone so far astray from God that we forget that our life didn't choose us, we chose it.

The most dangerous type of person, is a deluded person attempting to justify Sin, rather than repent and turning from it. We all struggle, but lying about Sin is egregious and Jesus will hold us accountable. And by the way, Homosexuality is clearly far worse, if you go by what the Bible teaches, here's the scripture. Leviticus 20:13 “If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.”

@@mikef7698 Yes, however when a person is truly saved, they will turn from their sin and seek to please and honour their new master. Once we served sin, now as new creations we seek to serve Christ, however poorly, we try to please him who saved us.

According to scripture, you're in an unconscious sleep. Death is always seen as sleep whether you're in the OT or the NT. An immortal soul is a pagan concept, always has been.

Oden Fong, Mustard Seed Faith and Sail on Sailor were my inspirations to become a contemporary Christian musician 🙏😇🎹Soon after with my cousin Jimi Yamagishi and InSpirt. In HS I played the Asian American dances with Thee Society, The Prophets (Carry On) and The Rising Sons 🎶. As fun as that was, there’s no comparison or greater joy than to play for Him and prayerfully draw others to praise Him❣️😇

I think what the pastor may have meant is the decision to embrace homosexuality was a choice. Just like the decision to give in to any sin described in the Bible. When someone cuts me off in rush hour traffic, I FEEL anger, but it's my choice on how to respond to that anger. Nowhere in the Bible does it say the temptation to sin is sin(although if you deliberately put yourself in a position to be tempted, that could be sin).

First of all, not all sins are equal; read 1 John 5:16-17. Also, ANY sexual activity outside marriage - whether same- or opposite sex - is fornication.

You can't help who you love has been a defense for infidelity for a very long time. Adultery and divorce has had dangerous ripple effects across our nation. Sin begats sin. The young psyche is very delicate. No wonder children reject traditional marriage.

I struggle with temptation to look at porn, my flesh sometimes wants to pursue other women, but I deny me sexual impulses. In my flesh sin dwells. Jesus gives me victory every day. If I give in to porn or leave my wife it is definitely a choice even if the temptation is great.
