I apologize for the delayed response. Honestly I haven’t experienced that. I wouldn’t know that answer. But I would recommend contacting the company directly to see if you can get an answer/or replacement. Because there might be that chance you got one that’s unfortunately not functioning the same as it should.

I have one of these washers, and it works great for washing. However, when it is spinning it shakes really badly. I am concerned that it might shake itself to pieces. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop the shaking?
@neoshazavala
@neoshazavala 15 күн бұрын
Yeah, It’s because you need to make sure you’re leveling out the laundry more evenly if that makes sense in the spin cycle. Because if the weight of your material is heavier on one side than others it will spin and start knocking the sides. So either it’s too much weight (full) or it’s not loaded in evenly for when it spins it won’t do that if it’s in there more layered evenly.

💯It is a great review! I wanted to ask you two questions: what did you put under the washer in the bathtub, and can I just fill it with a bucket? Thank you!
@neoshazavala

Thank you!🙏🏽 Yes I just have a shower mat to hold it in place better and give it more sturdy balance. Also to separate the machine from the shower/bathtub glass itself, avoiding more risk of scratches or anything like that if I didn’t have the mat. Also yes you can fill it up with a bucket, it’s just another way of putting water in the machine, that should be fine(: Whatever works to get water in the machine for you, that’s perfectly fine to(:

Thank you so much. I was given this vacuum so no instructions. It was working great and then another time I had a dust storm in the house. I’m not sure what happened. I cleaned it all out and cleaned the filter but didn’t know which way it fit in. There was no wording on my filter and no ring. I spent all morning looking for answers. So again. I purchased my 2nd machine 26lb capacity, larger than I expected which I wanted. But this is so light even this 70yo man can lift it into the tub. Now I can wash almost everything except comforters, in my own home, at my convenience. I have made some adjustments to the process as I have learned from other YT videos. LAUNDRY BAGS: To avoid twisting the clothes during the wash/rinse cycle, I use laundry bags purchased from Dollarama & DollarTree. These work great!! Much cheaper than Amazon sellers. LINT ISSUES: Also I have concerns about all the lint going down the drain, so I attached a knee-high nylon stocking at the end of the drain hose. Amazed at how much lint came off my flannel shirts/fleece jackets, which would end up plugging up the pipes in this old house. Unfortunately the drain hose is not long enough to reach my toilet which is too far away.

Hi! Will this work with lightweight area rugs or do you think it's too powerful?
@neoshazavala
@neoshazavala Ай бұрын
It’s pretty powerful on my blue rug I showed in my video. I was still able to vacuum my blue rug but I had to vacuum backwards not forward so it would grip it underneath and get caught. So I vacuum backwards with quicker strokes as I’m moving the vacuum throughout the rug. But if it’s like a lighter and not so longer rug like mine shown and say it’s shorter cut, I feel you should be fine. But I don’t wanna guarantee it because I have only tried this vacuum on my carpet which worked excellent, and my hard floors, but when it comes to other rugs that have different materials, thickness/thinness to it then I can’t be to sure with all of them. Sorry hope this helps!

I bought the costway 28lb one last yr I loved my little mini 9lb one I had I used for my sons cloth diapers n it had last 6yrs so when I seen the costway 28lb one on Walmart website I said I gotta get that I was so excited got it n within 4m the seam that holds the lid was no longer holding the lid down it technically still worked but I'd have to put bucket on it so it went to the trash area this totally ruined my drive for these types of machine's frfr 💯
@neoshazavala
@neoshazavala Ай бұрын
Oh man sorry to hear about your experience. So helpful in using these for cloth diapers to for sure, that’s smart! As mentioned in my disclaimers everyone can have many different types of experiences with the same machine. I luckily scored and got a good one that had no issues. It suck’s when you get a product and it comes broken,damaged, or misplaced but I always look at reviews before I get something. Then I question if I get a bad one of anything from the manufacturer if they build it funky, or the shipper damaged it on the way to me. Because others have great experiences, whats stopping mine? Lol my video on my portable dryer yeah I had to order that 3 different times because the machine came damaged from the ups package handler. So that was fun. But I never gave up, got the machine and it worked. All I can say is don’t lose hope from one bad experience because you may have just got unlucky but try again might score next time like I did with getting my panda tumble dryer for the 3rd time LOL.

My best thing to say here is if you followed my video and it’s having a whole other different experience, it must be the machine built funky, or something just going wrong with it. The one I had, had the drain pump, and it went 2 years before the drain pump started having problems. What I paid for it compared to what it cost to go to the laundromat, it PAID FOR ITSELF 3 TIMES OVER. If it weren't the pump type (gravity drain like this one) it would have probably gone for another 2 years, BUT being in my 60's, the idea of lifting it into the tub wasn't ideal. It still WORKED, and even drained, but once the water was gone, it started making grinding noises. Yes, I bought a NEW ONE, same brand (but a larger capacity), and gave the old one away to a young couple just starting out. Told them about the grind and suggested the guy bypass the pump. The NEW one I got is the 26lb with pump version for UNDER $150 (Temu), and when it dies, I WILL be getting another one, because a simple HOUSE CALL for a repair on a regular machine is MORE than what these cost new!!

After I rinse my clothes to get the soap off, I save the water and put more soap in and wash the next load saving on water. The water is cleaner than you think and so adding more homemade liquid soap and a little Dawn works great. I put mine on a dolly and roll it around close to my walk-in shower, then drop the hose with a knee high stocking on the end to catch the extra lint. Great video by the way. Of course I like mine and also can wash a queen size sheet one at a time in mine too. If and when it breaks down I’ll buy another one cause I like the way I can regulate the water levels. I have an expensive fancy washer and I use this little one most of the time. I only wished I had a clothesline.

It would be at least nice to have a person on the phone to walk through step by step on how to fix the machine at least. And not just read it because it’s just as confusing that way. I use a handheld showerhead which fills the machine up quickly and you can rinse the soap off easily also. 😊

Hey there ya go, that’s definitely helpful as well! Yeah if you have one of those or have the option to build it in as well. I’d definitely recommend that as well☺️

I actually moved into my new place where I no need this machine any more. But it was still working at the time I last used it. It does work with jeans but i recommend washing no more than 2 at a time. Just depends on the size of the materials.
