I applied like yesterday or the night before and they already reached out for a phone interview which I think is good? I’ll be doing that this Tuesday. I’m so nervous I might have to do a group interview though if I get through the phone interview 😭

I had a phone interview it was really nice it felt like normal conversation he didn’t really ask me like interview questions more like personal cause i moved to fl recently and he worked at the same company too i worked at when he was younger and then asking my position i applied and then he said can you come in i have a opening at 4:30 and bring ur id and smile but again idk if i have the job yet so i’m still gonna like prepare just in case

I am pretty much starting over on the job thing. I’m 28 and I left my job to start a school program. Well I didn’t get into the program (unexpectedly). They told me I was a sure fit so I left my job. Well it’s been four months and I haven’t had call backs for a job so far. Then my husband suggested I apply to chick fil a because I was going to apply to McDonald’s. So I did and my interview is on Saturday. I’m nervous about how to tell them why I’ve been unemployed for four months. It’s just that no one has called me back. What should I say?

Awesome video. You have a great head on your shoulder's! Remember to save and invest your money and give to God. It will pay off in the long run. I do have a question and I know it may vary, but would they hire you if you could only work one day (like just Saturdays)?

Bro i think they forgot to put me through the training process bc on my first day I did what other workers do like stocking, serving, pack bags, register, cleaning, carrying heavy boxes…I didn’t even get a training badge I got a regular one..I love in NY and they do not care😂😂

I'm giving yall updates from start to finish working at chick fil a. If you want me to give another update reply to the comment. Edit 1 (8/16/2021): When I got hired the General Manager said to come back on Monday for orientation so I went on Monday and the FOH Trainer just went over the uniform policy, the tour of the chick-fil-a that I will be working at, the apps that I need (HS Team) and how to greet people (it took 30 mins). Then she sent me home with a login (to the CFA-portal) through the Hot Schedules app and she told me I have 2 weeks to do pathway training before I was scheduled in as in-training. Edit 2 (8/19/2021): So I finished my pathway training in 2 days and I currently I am waiting for them to schedule me on the Hot Schedules app. They put me in the group chat for the staff there. The General Manager asked for my pants and shirt size so they can have it ready sometime next week. They also told me since my schedule was limited (because I'm still in high school) they told me I will be working mostly on Fridays and Saturdays (which sucks because I wanted to work there on the weekdays) Edit 3 (9/5/2021): Okay so I just finished my last shift for the first week working here at chick fil a and it has been a fun experience. The first day I was there they gave me my uniform (Belt, Badge, Shirt, Pants) and I was put on Cashier. A first I was nervous taking people's orders but as the day progressed I got better and faster at taking orders. On the second day working there they put me on condiments (WHICH I HATE THE MOST). On condiments, it just looking at the guest receipt and putting the condiments or sauces that the guest request in their bag. It was the most boring job because I didn't get to talk with any guests. On the third and fourth days working there, I was on the iPads (Drive Through) which is my favorite because I get to talk with customers back to back and make their day by complimenting their cars.
