I’ve got the 65 Mustang, 6 cylinder version with 4 lug wheels. Is the conversion about the same?
@IronHorseGarage3 күн бұрын
It should be the same, other than swapping axles and front hubs for the five lug. Unless you want to stick with the four lug. But I would do some research and give the company a call to confirm.

Are the newer ones with the green handle the same as the pros?

Grinder grinds and leaves deformities. Do this test on a car door then paint it, that's where you see the difference. Yeah you can grind on a box or tractor door but you wouldn't use it on something you want to look nice after you paint.

This is a bedside that will be painted. It's also possible to get a surface too smooth for primer.

Thanks for posting the comparison. At retail, I'd say it's definitely not a winner, but on sale, I could see adding it to my collection of tools. While I do work with metal, I also work with wood and could see this being helpful in some situations. Any recommendations on good strip discs? I don't think I saw a link to them in your affiliate links.

i like the harbor freight self darkening hood as well and it is a good self darkening hood in itself, meaning that a person can say that out of 4 categories with 1 as being the best and realizing that the lincoln viking go 1 in each category... yeah we can all say that means something but when it comes to welding say with the chicago electric from harbor freight the viking is a evidentally good welding hood in itself as well and these two are different from each other but what must go along with each of these hoods is a well lit area (so you going to have to take time and get light in area where the weld is to be made and light that is shining on work piece or weld joint) and and the work pice itself (the weld joint) has to be cleaned and when these things are done it's then that a person who is honest in their subjectivity will say that even a flip 2"x4" welding hood will be made to be much better because everyone must realize that the hood protects a persons eyes from the bright light of the welding arc and their face from hot, dangerous, welding spatter and a good hood is good to have but if your a weldor you got to realize that the hood itself is only maybe half of the equation and that the other part of the story is having a good bright light shining on the weld joint area to be welded and it's got to be ground clean with a grinder wheel and or tiger paw and or steel wire or stainless wire wheel and machine has to be set right for the size and type welding rod

fun stuff. I had a 1976. TR 6 - in the bad initial years of pollution control so it had little power and as much reliability... English engineering , from like 1938 what I wanted to do but never had a smidge of the resources - Toyota truck engine & trans.... the 150 + HP of the fuel injected TR 6 plus light years better Toyota drivability / reliability. Ya sometimes see American V 8's in Tr 6 , even Spits - with the amateur hour suspension, not up to standards brake etc , oh my. way back , in college I was driving my. 61. MGa. down the interstate , 60 mph in the slow lane. the steering wheel came off in my hinds. yes. pure luck I went off into a field rather than bridge support. got home, took like 15 min to drill a hole for a cotter pin. English engineering , amateurs.

I stumbled upon a short featuring these and as I had never heard of them before, so I decided to visit their website, and I was astounded when I saw the price! I was thinking there's no way these could be worth much at that price, so I begin searching for some videos and came across this one and I'm glad I did. I'm currently riding a 2020 Heritage Classic that I bought used, and it has some V&H Eliminators which are fine, I love the deep rumble they deliver but they don't have that chuffy raspiness that is synonymous with a Harley, but these do, and I think as soon as I finish composing this comment, I'm going to order some. This was a great, informative video. Hope you're still enjoying the Fat Boy; it looks and sounds great! And btw, I love your old truck as well. Keep rollin'!
