The living room is nice, hella cabinet space and all the natural lighting with the ceiling lights are clean. Closet space is ok but the master bathroom is plush.

Oh, lol. That was on the builder’s punch list of things to take care of before the sale. But, to your point, this is why I always recommend getting a home inspection even with new construction…

I first saw this home in 2017 in Horn Lake Mississippi, it was price for a $139000 dollar, silly me. I thought that was too much at that time. You don't know how much I regret. Not purchasing this home. I still think about it today. And now my mom needs a home. And now I can't even afford it. Because it's so expensive, it has become unaffordable for me. But yet I still dream about this 1820 one day.😢
