Hello! We recommend lifting outwards on both lid tabs at the same time while lifting up on the Mini Chopper lid to remove the lid.

My A3500i 'overheated' after 1 second on the smoothie program...and doesnt turn back on. My 7 year old TNC 5200 never gave me such issues. Very disappointing.

I called Vitamix to try to buy this product and was told by a rep in customer support that this product "is not currently available for sale" and he didn't know when it would be. It would be nice if @vitamix would update their website to say "coming soon" so someone like me doesn't waste hours calling around to equipment dealers trying to see if they have this product in stock.

What oil did you put please ?

You can use any oil that you like. A mild oil like vegetable or peanut will not change the flavor whereas something like coconut oil will. It is all what you prefer!

If you can only pick one, and your goal is silky smooth sauces, is the extra speed of the VP3 worth choosing over the large batch size of the XL? I regularly make small batches of hot sauce (about 3 gallons to a batch), and I’m looking for something that will breakdown everything including seeds and garlic into a smooth sauce. Thanks!

All of our machines will produce similar results across the line, you can get the texture you are looking for in any that you choose.

Are there any additional ascent attachments coming soon? I love your products. Especially the ascent series. I have turned on so many people to your ascent series blenders. I ended up giving mine to my parents as they needed to improve their health and didn't have the funds. I was hoping to buy another one either this year or next black friday (most likely next) . As some one who loves cooking and creating meals with base level ingredients as oppose to buying them in the store (dough, almond flour, soups, homemade ice cream etc.) and what the vitamix is capable of I truly missed having my vitamix although it was for a good cause. Then I saw this. ❤ Which is perfect for me as it's a smaller footprint leaving more valuable kitchen space and from what I hear it's less noise as well.

Although we cannot guarantee that a vacuum blender will be in the works, we will absolutely pass this feedback along to the appropriate department as a suggestion. which model of the ascent x series is equivalent to the ascent a3300? i was just thinking of purchasing the a3300. now im just confused

Hi! It is important to know that all the models will blend the same and make the same recipes. They vary in price by the features that are offered on them. If you are looking for the one that is closest to the A3300, it would be the Ascent X3.
