IMHO, if your flange is below the floor, maybe go with this. If your flange is 1/2" above the floor, try a wax ring or some different product. I bought this product at Home Depot. I removed the blue spacer, the black cup on the inside and the plastic sheet atop the wax. My toilet rocked back and forth. It didn't do that when the plumber installed the original toilet. My home is relatively new, and the new toilet sat flat on the floor. That meant the new toilet was teetering on the "Perfect Seal". I lifted the toilet and tried reinstalling it at least a half dozen times. Thank goodness my local Hardware store was still open on X-Mas Eve. I was able to pick up a good old wax ring and get my new toilet into operation. Now I'm out $12.00 for this POS, a lot of running around I could have done without, and I still have to return the second one to HD after the holiday. There is no perfect solution or in this case "perfect seal" for installing a new toilet until you pull the old one and see what have to work with. If you buy one of these, buy several good old wax seals at the same time. You can always take them back if you don't need them.

Your online and printed instructions make NO mention of the three included nylon gaskets and their proper placement. My new diverter is still leaking. Your video ignores the diverter completely which is different from the hot and cold stems. You get a D- grade on this video and the incomplete instructions. Can you all please improve?

I installed a 10330 side sprayer a month ago. Now it constantly "thunks" every time the water is running through the faucet. The sound is the same as when the sprayer shuts off in normal use. There is no leak, it just keeps thunking, even though I'm not using the sprayer. More annoying than anything else. I've run the sprayer to make sure there is no air in the line, but that didn't help.

I have installed a couple of these Perfect Seal Wax Rings, and they work great. Because I have tile, the flange sits level to the floor, just below the tile, and for a perfect seal, I found it easier to position the toilet in the flange by attaching the blue adaptor to the toilet bowl instead of directly to the flange. Great product and a perfect seal each time!

I have replaced the P-Trap, Both water Lines and now replaced the drain Pipe under the sink with a straight no over flow one like in your video, now water does not drain from the sink. I am totally confused and baffled . Had no problem wuth draining before I did all this. Any ideas as to why? Even it I put in the water faucet for a few seconds even that small of amount of water doesn't drain out. Hope to here back from you

I have this same type of assembly (ball type) but with delta. I replaced the seats and springs, ball assembly and seals which helped stop the leaking but now when you turn knob to hot, cold water comes out and when turned to cold, hot water comes out. The temps are reversed. I can’t figure out how to fix that on this type of assembly and I haven’t found a KZbin video that explains on this ball type faucet. Can anyone help?

These crap cartridge designs are made this way just so they can charge more money. The old style faucets just needed a simple o-ring occasionally. What a freaking scam.
