what if you have an injury to your hand/arm that prevents you from scrubbing/working but not to the point where you have to call out (can you even call out? lol)

i had 0 knowledge about scrub techs other than the fact that they were considered techs, so i was like “welp i got paid terribly for my pharmtech job, this is probably the same”. then i saw the salary and im like “how tf do these techs get paid more than me?”….and finally i did my research on what scrub techs do as well as binged these videos and i go “sorry for speaking ill go now”
