Where you parked, I was across the street from there. Technically that access road is park property but the other turn out they can’t say anything to you. It’s not a no fly zone and they have no jurisdiction off property to say you can’t fly. Just a heads up

I am sad to hear that it is being demolished as it has been fascinating seeing nature reclaiming its land. Though, the way I see it is that kids will be able to create new memories from a new site on the land.

Pleasantly surprised about the last part about the museum visit. I would have liked to see that a bit more extensive. The drone flight is a nice way to see content, like a bird in the sky and that appeals to me. And cemeteries in general are also a good subject for KZbin. A bit of extra text would make it more fun. Especially because I am curious. I came here because of the KZbin algorithm and I understand why. I subscribed.

Good catch! Yup I reposted it today. I was so excited after getting the content that I kind of rushed publishing it and didn’t give the edit as much attention as I wanted. Had some time to kill waiting on a flight last evening so I did a little more work on it and put it back up a bit more polished today.

Thanks! Yeah I wish there were more abandon buildings around I could fly around. I want to get a smaller drone and/or one with propeller guards so I can get a closer look. The way the wind was I hesitated to get too close.

One of my longer flights took it out about 4 miles. Signal wise, it could have gone further but battery wise I wanted to make sure I had enough juice to get home.

Same DJI Mavic Mini 3. There is a setting under controls where you can swap to a FPV view. You still have a pretty limited range of motion but I kind of like it; feels more like a real aircraft view to me.

@@VenableAdventures Heck yeah! They are awesome little units. I need to upgrade myself one of these days; mine is the basic Mavic Mini 3, not even the pro. Even the base model though I’ve had immeasurable fun with! The 4 Pro with 4k at 60fps should capture some killer video.
