Hi Roberta! Im so sorry i havent worked out with you for so long,my foot is still sore,I missed you and decided since todays workout was nice and short, I tried it out as a chair workout!!! Seemed to work,hope I get the same results I think Ive gained at least a pound or two with my foot! Will try this again maybe on Wed!!! Love,Loren🥰🥰

Basic movements but so effective in burning calories. I love especially the steps and claps, thigh shakes, and the lateral arms. 5 of these work out a week will keep us mentally and physical fit. Just Dance!!!
