I love listening to you two. And to your song and watching the video. Not dour though, wretched, I can feel the pain you held. I’d like to read the lyrics at some stage please.

@@quinneysantiques Great that you like listening and the song and video. Lovely! You’re right not dour, wretched indeed! Thanks for asking for the lyrics… we are on it and will come back with a plan as to how to make that happen!

I'm a Gestalt psychotherapist in Edinburgh. How great to hear you talk about Gestalt and the Gestalt cycle of awareness. I don't experience that often online! Forgive and forget... a popular topic. I don't even consider forgiving or forgetting, rather, I recognise the emotion, allow the anger, sadness etc until I've exhausted it. Untangling, getting clear and building awareness is key. As you say, it's absolutely possible to get to the point where what was causing the trauma/pain becomes a bit tedious to think about and holds no interest. Keep up the great work! Oh I really could comment more about what you said especially with regards to spiritual messages about forgiving but it could turn into a long post! Instead, I will just enjoy the pleasant sensation of having listened to two people who have made sense! Chuckle chuckle :)

OMG what a load of crap. Because you are a Doctor doesn't mean that any of this makes sense. People sing because they enjoy it or make a living from it because they have a good voice (Simple). This is a load of rubbish. No need to try and make it more than it is.

Great talk on a powerful subject :) We can't be free to fully live if we have part of ourselves locked in pain. Thank you for holding a wonderful space for everyone to let it go gently and for being here to share your wisdom.

thank you for this video! I just have a question, when we breathe in deeply, the lungs expand and make the stomach going out right? Is it supposed to come out very far or not? Because I do not feel it expanding, is there any particular technique to feel it? Thank you very much
