If it does break & I'm in the Alps will any shop do an in warranty repair or only my shop back in UK? If clip breaks I can manage for a few days. Why are there no replies from Powder Magazine??

Hit a day like this at Grand Targhee in Wyoming. It continued to snow all day! It was an epic, once in a lifetime day. The slopes were mostly empty because people were having a hard time figuring out how to ski it. Not me...I didn't even break for lunch.

I want a ski with no limits for inbound powder days (115mm under foot) that charges and playful too, but I don't want a binding that is heavy AF (Duke PT 13 = 1100g/binding). Is the ATK Freeraider EVO able to hold up skiing in bound powder days like at Revelstoke where you are off piste 95% of the day and take the abuse of a high skilled skier? I'm looking at a few skis; Blizzard Hustle 11 (188), K2 Mindbender 116c (187), Faction Dancer 4 (191), Black Crows Anima (189), and Fisher Ranger 116 (187).

The coolest place I've ever been. Gnarly big mountain skiing and an old school European hotel that felt like the Grand Budapest Hotel. MUST GO BACK!

Johnny Mosley is an incredible bump skier, no doubt. Shayne was a trail blazer. Such a tragedy. Gone too soon. God bless his family 🙏

This video had so much promise when discussing the benefits of abundant Voile straps. But then it went to zip ties. The bane and BS of the backcountry, they are prone to snapping in just cool weather and are more of a liability than an asset due to their complete lack of reliability. Otherwise, great kit. "Keep an eye on your spare contacts..." well played @cywhitling6479. I carry fluorescent flagging to mark routes when it's dumping snow. It helps in new terrain and I can reclaim them on the return trip. Also good for groups that may not all be the same speed on the approach.

You ask what video shows the bets of Snowbird, it's still this. It doesn't have to be powder, those sunny days where it's not fresh are some of the greatest you'll find anywhere. They'll be back soon.

I don’t like that Pomoca bag. It doesn’t shut all the way. Some have mesh, so it doesn’t protect your stuff from snow that might get in your pack, or when you set it down outside. Also, Velcro is the worst for ripping apart delicate fabrics and abrading sturdier ones. It’s also not very light. A regular drawcord stuffsack, or zippered DCF bag, works much better for this.

Where is that fire lookout tower in first scene? I have seen it before in Washington but forgot the name. Thanks.

Nice! Mt Hood and Trillium became my new favorite area in the world when I first visited a few years ago. It hadn't even occurred to me that you can get a ski and a bike ticket the same day; so you guys gave me a new bucket-list item! \m/
