The Moodle app should work with your private site even if it's on a different server, as long as the server allows mobile access for Moodle. Moodle admins for versions 4.0+ can enable mobile access by going to Site administration > Advanced features & ticking "Enable web services for mobile devices".

Windows: The php.ini file can be found in the location C:\wamp64\bin\apache\apache2.4.58\bin

Locate the WampServer icon in the system tray on your Windows taskbar. It typically looks like a green W. Click on the WampServer icon to open the context menu. In the context menu, navigate to "PHP" and then select "php.ini". This will open the php.ini file in your default text editor, allowing you to make changes as needed.

I am following this installation instruction but at some point after it has checked for things like enrol_lti I lost system connection and now I don't know what to do to not have to start from scratch.
