Mam, Could you show us the steps involved for beginners. When I am trying to lift one leg, cramps coming in other leg.

Hi, You can try putting the feet on a chair in front of you, instead of coming straight from the floor. If that is still difficult, you may need to first work on forearm plank to get stronger and forward bends to get more flexible behind the legs. Hope that helps!
