The best packs are Elite Trainer Boxes or Booster Boxes, due to their quantity and price (average prices per pack are lower for these products). However, you can do two things: buy in pre-order (prices are usually lower) or buy later and analyse whether the promos are worth anything (you can use cardmarket or Pokedata).

Most of the time it's a loss. My advice is to buy different products (box, etb, blisters and other products), and once you have 60% of the collection, start buying individual cards because they are cheaper. Other things I recommend: - Pre-booking (usually cheaper) - Buy products with a larger number of packs, such as the Elite trainer box or boxes. - Don't buy cards individually in the first few days of the collection (prices are usually inflated, let a week or two pass).
