Не плохие у вас предложения. Но смотреть видео не возможно. Постоянное перескакивание с одного на другое. Ненужные "переходы" видеомонтажа. Показ "приблизить-отдалить" Подумайте над улучшением предоставления видеоматериала!!!!!

La villa está inscrita en el catastro en Calpe desde 1900. Y no construida en 1985 como se describe, pero reformada en ese año. Es una gran diferencia.

@@calpehomegroup3986 the way it's edited we have no idea on which level of the house the room is that is shown. Have a walk through where we can see how the rooms connect and one floor at a time and make sure to make it clear when you change floor. Right now I do not know which kitchen is in the main part and which is in the guest apartment for instance, or what bedroom is where.. just left me very confused how the house really looks.

@@calpehomegroup3986 Apologies. Reading back my message I can see I was somewhat rude. When watching a video of a property I am trying to get a sense of how it flows, how each view fits together. Can I suggest lingering on each shot a little longer and making less transitions so that you convey how the outside of the property looks as a whole or how each room is positioned in relation to the others. A reference number on your videos for each property would make it much easier for potential buyers to find the property on your website. Also many of the more popular channels that do this, are popular because they also include the price on their video. I like your channel and I regularly watch your videos as I look for the perfect home, but please consider adding a price and reference number for each property. Thank you

@@calpehomegroup3986 thanks for replying. Don't assume the device the customer is using can view the Web link easily. Not everyone watches KZbin via PC/Mobile. Many people watch KZbin on their big screen TV via built-in TV app or games console which doesn't even show the link. Which is why those channels that have reference numbers cater for that particular segment of the market. Just a suggestion based on my experience. 🙂
