Amazon has a lot of fake vitamins. Do not order from there EVER. They sit in boiling warehouses and vitamins lose their quality. Also get liposomal vitamins when possible- this makes them slightly more BIOACTIVE so you don’t just digest and sh** them out without absorbing them lmfao

Also get a blood panel or saliva panel from a lab or your doctor so you can see what vitamins you’re deficient in. Some people, especially Asians and Hispanics- have different tendencies and needs when taking supplements. Those with depression/adhd also need diets that are lacking certain nutrients so their slower neurotransmitters don’t get deep fried working overtime trying to process certain things
