List of HMDA approved layouts - file number, you will get a link. If the linked article quotes as all developments are done, it's approved layout. If quotes developments are to be done with in Three years, it's not yet approved - chance of approval only if the seller keeps his promises. Stay in care.

Dear HMDA , common man don"t know about master plan ,buffer zones, GO 111, other zones. My suggestion is to maintain a list of residential zone survey numbers and updates on the survey numbers in registration and stamp department website. However, the registration is online now a days. Hence. if anyone trying to buy other than residential zones survey number plots, registration and stamp department website system should not allow/display warning sign. In this way, we can prevent unauthorized layouts registration. India is digitized, why cant plots and HMDA registrations websites be? Think about my idea

in above video how can that person now that is a GOVT land so it is important to implement digitalization of residencial survey numbers it means if anyone trying to buy non residencial zone survey number plot registration office website should show warning sign or not to show further proced step to avoid registration
