It was my injector #2 even tho I replaced then i installed the rubber seat seal washer backwards on it. If you look at them they have a small relief notch that looks like a pressure indentation but they must go facing the fuel rail and the flush side the injector sits on when pressed in to avoid leaking in to rail and running Rich causing random cylinder misfire

What year is your rig? I think my 02 qx4 is different.

OMG CHINA is sooo screwing us....5:21 NS60 sticker can be seen on your 1st distributor that you say is Original. THAT in FACT is a replacement Chinese part. It failed. Then you went to EBAY and got another junk Chinese part that didnt work. Then got another Chinese distributor. Im not banging on anyone here. Its messed up that ALL CHINESE PARTS ARE GARBAGE. We try to take care of our cars and replace parts and get screwed. Please people buy OEM parts you can find them lots of places for a good price. Nissan actually sells a refurbished Distributor with good quality parts that I highly recommend. Very similar price to a Chinese part. The factory NISSAN Distributor has a little NISSAN logo stamped into the side with a long stamped in part number. Stamped in deep, not lightly lazer inscribed.

I own 4 Pathfinders and 2 Qx4s. And have owned, fixed, sold many more. The factory Distributor almost always has a bearing failure. This throws rust all over the inside of the Distributor and causes the no start, or allows the main shaft to slide and this movement physically destroys internal parts. It is very difficult to replace that bearing but can be done. I ONLY use Japanese parts. What causes the bearing to fail? Too much spring tension on the very bottom gear. Its held in with a small roll pin. Remove it and cut ONE coil off the spring, sand the cut end to deburr it. AFTERMARKET Distributors, Almost all companies sell the same 2 Chinese built units. They ALL have bearing failure in a VERY short time. China copied the OEM part but used a far lower quality bearing. To make the cheap bearing last longer remove the roll pin and cut one coil off the spring. Also when the bearing completely fails it falls into the engine and destroys the Distributor and cam gear.
