@@wintrzzs fortnite has a bug right now that causes that, you need to use antimicro and remap your joystick to keyboard binds and map them to your in game movement directions in kbm binds. The bug should be fixed next update tho hopefully

@@nbggt fortnite is bugged, use the keyboard remap config in the GMK software, or use antimicro and remap the joystick to keyboard. And don’t forget to bind the joystick to in game kbm movement directions

Fortnite has tons of fps issues across all input, but no our current model performs well as I think you can tell from this stream.

@@Topaz_The_First_Gem the build issue is a fortnite bug that should be fixed soon (according to epic). However, you can get around the issue by using the joystick in “keyboard mode”. As far as “fps drops”, yes I believe our latest versions are optimized well.

yesterday my gmk joystick came on, everything works but my picture in fortnite freezes for a second and then runs again it's super laggy as soon as I disconnect the joystick everything runs smoothly again. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

It stopped working in chapter 5 season 3 you can no longer turbo build due to the switch to controller when you walk it cancels the turbo building in Fortnite

yeah same, i was trying to figure out why but i got nothing yet. it just keeps swapping my input continuously from keyboard to controller giving me huge fps drops and stopping most my controls working for a few seconds

Wasd is not the reason people play kbm, kbm is faster and has more bind optimization and aiming with a mouse is the best. But wasd is bad and joystick movement is better, lets you move any angle you want while using any and all binds you want unlike with wasd.

Check out our new versions, way different to this prototype. But in general people that played controller are used to joystick movement and this makes it way easier to switch. Plus joystick movement optimizes your keybinds and gives you more control over your movement (different diagonals, slow strafes etc). So definitely a point to it
