ROFL - too complicated for crayon eaters.. - but its easy

Hard to watch it 5 times to get the hang of it, maybe add a replay in slow motion and make the video a min long would be helpful, thanks 💪🫶

LOL, folds up just like my car sunshade! I have mastered the sun shade after years of taking 5.7 attempts before succeeding in folding it back up.

I’m using this for xctc, no room at all for packing list and the tripod doesn’t sit right under it so it limits your packing room

Good concept, poor execution, the barrel bag dosent do its job(it melts on the hot side) and the shoulder straps are far too narrow to wear to kit, and the frame sucks. If youre an Supply SGT reading this, its something youre AG's will wear once then hate it and never use it again.
@orion3253 Жыл бұрын
Also how tall are you and most of your guys?
@CumTea Жыл бұрын
@orion3253 we had multiple platoons test them. The AG's ranged from 5'9 - 6'2, even with adjustments every AG ended up not liking it

If you can get your unit to justify purchasing these kits, they're worth it. Greatly improves your quality of life.

I had an extra pole kicking around and I thought for sure it had a short pole for the rainfly. This helped a lot. Thanks

Is there anyway you can fit more ammo?
@iMetalocalypse Жыл бұрын
Looks like there is room for 1 more of those ammo cases for a total of 3 or 900 rnds. Not sure though.
@orion3253 Жыл бұрын
@@iMetalocalypse There is indeed room for 900, and the manufacturer points this out specifically, but they recommend against doing so just because the weight would be excessive,

hey, hey, hey, hey, hey get back here! You can't just show up and make it look like it's easy and just walk off! We need explanation, we need confirmation, we need, we need to be told something! 😯

I cant believe the fucking rain cover costs more than the burrow itself.
@nobodysreview61372 жыл бұрын
Thats how the got me. I bought the bednet then realized you kinda need the entire system. Pretty expensive when all said and done. Thats ok though. I do like this tent.
@casper31302 жыл бұрын
@@nobodysreview6137 I've got the rainfly but, I like using my 10x13 tarp tent over it better unless it's really cool or cold. I just stake down the tarp to one side throw it over and use sticks with paracord to tighten up and secure the side I'm using for entrance/exit creating a canopy to leave gear. If I'm concerned with rain, I lower the created canopy by using shorter sticks and stake out the tarp with paracord at the head and footing to make the rain runoff.

The instructions that come with this tent are junk, and this video is shit. Great tent though.

Its a great looking tent. But doing this when its raining is a shit show. The rainfly shouldve been attached to the main base for a dry installment during rain.

Is the new Wolverine rain fly the same shape as the rain fly on the original military version (ie the original 3740-01-546-4354 )? Or does it have a different contour, especially down around the base of the bednet?

I’m not sure about the airborne side of things. But I’m in 2nd BDE 101st and we can use them for pretty much all of our FRIES missions. It fits more like an assault pack with full kit. Not nearly as bulky as the MOLLE Ruck
