Hey, I was wondering if there were any bars in Cheyenne around the late 19th century?
@scorpion_travel5 күн бұрын
There must have been bars - it was a camp for railroad construction workers
@MrVrHorse20025 күн бұрын

This is great. I've been to Heidenheim several times when i was young because my father was born and lived there. He was working with Voith and when i came to Norway he met my mother and married her. Absolutely wonderful.

4:34 is from the Northern side of Coogee Beach. The building, sort of lower central, with the hexagon roof, was an indoor pool, that's where they housed a tiger shark, in 1935, that a fisherman caught, that later vomited up a severed arm, leading to a murder mystery that would shock Sydney.

Thank you for sharing. The photos captured amazing buildings and moments in time. I bet some of those streets were a mud nightmare for the long dresses! It is strange to think that the child holding the mother's arm has gone through life into old age and passed on. Quite surreal.

I wonder what happened to the town centre clock? I think the first murder in the town was at Park Lime Pits. A soldier came home from the war and found his wife had been unfaithful and he killed the lover.
