La Sportiva continues to have the problem that the heel of the shoe is too loose. Not everyone has Adam's feet, which is why La Sportiva shoes don't fit many people perfectly. I noticed this problem a lot over the years in my climbing gym. It's a shame that LS isn't even slowly starting to take similar routes, like Mad Rock with their super tight heels.

I tried the Ondra Comp a few weeks ago and the heel was the best I've ever had.

I switched to scarpas for this reason after over 10 years suffering the sportiva heels... definitely recommend them! Instinct VS and VSR are very comparable to the solutions and solutions comp, but with a better heel 😉

Supposedly this has one of the most low volume heels LaSpo has used before so they may have fixed that problem

The shoe is good for canyoning I think it's perfect also and especially for the grip that doesn't fear water. Unfortunately I have to report 2 anomalies. 1 back side ankle area the protection is not high enough and therefore allows gravel to enter the inside of the foot and forces you to stop many times and remove the stones. 2. the holes placed on the top of the shoe certainly allow the exit of water but also allow the entry of soil and sand that is between the waters of the rivers that does not easily come out and forces you to stop to empty. For the rest it's fine. I expect production to correct these anomalies.

I have the Bushido 2, i also have Raptor 2 mid and Raptor 2 and Mutant 2 . Once i discovered this brand i don't buy anything else. My favorite shoes ! Keep making high quality shoes La Sprotiva, never change!
