I'm sooooo on the same page as you. I'm looking at the exact turbo kit as you. I'm keeping stock internals with about 8psi until I'm comfortable stepping it up. After the LS2 blows I'm going to get a Texas speed 427. Glad to see an LS2 making that kind of power.

you forgot a bunch of complex jobs on the c6. The newest c6 is a 2013 meaning they are 12 years old. Harmonic Balancer, Clutch, fuel senders, torque tube rebuilds, etc. All of these jobs are difficult to DIY and as such have a lot of labor to do them. Clutch jobs can be $1000 in labor alone Harmonic balancer can be $500 - $900 for labor Torque tube rebuild can be $3000 for labor alone. none of these jobs are impossible to do at home but if you're paying somebody to bolt on an exhaust or intake manifold you're definitely paying somebody for a clutch / torque tube / harmonic balancer.
