Just a friendly piece of advice, when peeling the cellophane off I would peel it off in a straight line instead of curving from one corner to the other. That is why in the first example the cellophane began to tear. Good video 👍🏻 🌴☀️🌴

Does the tape come with the wheel placers? I order from Paint With Diamonds and it doesn't say of it's grooved or comes with the tape. If not what kind of tape do you use and where can i get it?

Omgoodness, you're a life saver! Just started my 1st DAP a few days ago and it was driving me nuts having to constantly keep repositioning the paper minders. Your video was the first to pop up. I just ordered the ceramic knife pen that you're showing, but in the meantime, I used cloth medical tape and an Exacto knife. Yayyy!!! It worked perfectly! And the tape comes off easily when needed. Thank you so much for this VERY helpful tip! 😊

I did a custom with them and it turned out awesome. I will definitely be ordering from them again. I’m glad I came this video because I couldn’t remember where I ordered it from but now I know.

I did the razor knife method and it cut right thru the canvas. I wasn’t even using much pressure. I think release sheets are better then potentially ruining your canvas.

I introduced a friend to DP & believe it or not she stuffed it up! She took photos of her "finished" DP & upon close inspection most of the diamonds were stuck on upside down. A shame really because I honestly thought it was a hobby she could've really gotten into & enjoyed. Instead she kept complaining about how tiny the diamonds were & how fiddly it was to pick them up & stick them onto the canvas. I've offered to re-do it & show her what it's supposed to look like when completed.
