They turned a saccharine old Pop song into great art The mark of true alchemists And preformers of the highest order God Thanks so much for these gals From THE GHOST ON THE SHORE

I'd agree to give up my life and die If i could only hear a lonely loon cry Just one more sweet time I mean It sounds so silly But it's really inportant to me You see When i was young and didn't know What all I'd need The loons calls kept me right Safe till night Thats mostly all i can remember from those days and times Sun comes up and shines So bright And then at dusk just before the old black night The loons come alive Calling and calling their lazy cries That drive and bide time Then again they fly and float At first lite Still with that call That's made my life THE GHOST ON THE SHORE

There"s a right way ☝️ to play Through My Sails, & A wrong Way. Then there's Neil Young" s version A perfect balance on monotone soft notes, - similar to. the balanced notes of Harvest Moon) By comparison only, each song seems to drift to notes of their own! It's a signature melody of basic cords/notes it can sound nice when played the right way & , be identified as a Neil Young song, but when you listen to his version there"s a translation that's lost

Underrated cover. Young artist here at this play; now, you get the confidence of a few years on and it might come across slightly different. That might make the difference in reception by audience... but the soul and quality is here and now; and, I am loving this!
