Oh yeah. Crazy to think it’s been 20 years since he signed with Alabama. A 3*/29th ranked RB in his class outta Florida, with his only power 5 offer being Bama. Auburn showed interest but never offered which just makes 39-0 soooo much more satisfying. But to be picked in the 3rd round at pick 74, when fellow recruiting class of ‘05 RB recruit Jamal Charles was picked a year prior at pick 73rd overall just goes to show the potential Glenn had. To of won the 1st string job despite teammate Terry Grant receiving the most carries a year prior, another ‘05 RB recruit that upped his game in the offseason Roy Upchurch (former top100 player/ranked between Jamal Charles/Rashard Mendenhall) and another underrated recruit freshman Mark Ingram is just extremely impressive. To walk away from the NFL, fame, the money, the potential money to return to the University of Alabama to continue getting an education, desire to preach, joining/serving in the military and now living from black belt soil of Alabama….. Having the most players in the NFL is awesome and is something that was hard to imagine when I started rlly rooting for Bama cause my dad’s passion for the team. But IMO this is the kinda that makes ya proud as a fan and exactly what you’d want to see from a parent’s perspective. I can only imagine how profoundly proud they’d feel about Glenwood. As being content can be hard and happiness fickle, yet he seems to be the Buddha of Alabama. Love it. Rtr!

I wish someone had sat Michelle down after her miscarriage and told her that it wasn't her fault. That women have miscarriages and we don't always know why it happens, but it certainly wasn't from something you did or didn't do. It seems like a lot of their reasoning behind not using birth control is very guilt based like Michelle feels like she did something wrong and that having a miscarriage was God's way to punish her for using contraception. I really do feel bad for her in that regard.
