Do you take suggestions? If so, then disable the ability for a nation to colonize by using games rules or modify the conditions for it to be impossible to colonize.

The title wasn't intended to be a clickbait, I was genuinely curios if it can. I will try different mods with improved AI's and max tech in the future to check out whether an EU4 AI can actually do it.
