Being in the UK i find the money flying all over the place really odd. Never see money being handed over to performers over here. Drinks yeah but not money. With the bigger names like the ru girls you usually buy tickets which the performers get a cut of, so do they not sell tickets in the US? Or do the performers get less of a cut than they do over here? Or not at all? Im really curious , it looks like loads of money on that stage so judging by that you'd think it wouldn't be worth their while coming over here but they do 🤔

Its called tips and the dragqueens that performs at clubs are thankful for this little extra cash. As a performer myself I know from first hand that DRAG COSTS LOTS OF MONEY, is not a mandatory thing to do; but is highly appreciated. And as a member of the audience, its just a way to say thank you to the artist on the stage, its not like a big amount of money, usually are 1$ cash or 5$... and also, I think its a thing people do on nightclubs; if you are in a theater, watching a big show big 5 or 8 queens, you're not going to give money to them 😊 sorry if my English is bad, hope I helped you 😘
