Great video! I've been very excitedly waiting for the bundles ever since they announced them and this was my first time seeing them in action so yeah very cool. Also think they should have space for more then one stack, maybe 2 or 3, but otherwise they seem great, especially for putting away little items you only have a few of, saves so much space tbh. (And thank you for the shout out, gotta love when KZbinrs do that, tyy!)

Creakings work differently depending on if they are spawned by the creaking heart or the spawn egg. If you summon it with an egg, it's not connected to a heart and therefore can be killed. In fact, they only have one hp if they are spawned with an egg. However, if there is a creaking heart block sandwiched between two pale oak logs, it summons a creaking at night. This creaking cannot be killed by any means. (That’s mostly true, but there are a few acceptions regarding pushing the creaking too far away from the heart.) No weapon kills it. Instead, on hit, it creates a partical trail that points you to the creaking's heart. Once you break the heart, the creaking dies. If you want to do real testing with the mob, you need to place a creaking heart and line it up with two oak logs. That being said, creakings don't spawn in the biome by traditional means. There is one creaking per heart in the biome. They can be found randomly in naturally generating pale oak trees. Since the creakings are tied to the hearts, breaking all the hears in the biome will get rid of the creakings for good. You can also pick the block up with silk touch and summon the creaking anywhere using the heart, given that it's night and it's sandwiched between two pale oak logs. Hopefully this points you in the right direction to test out the new fearures properly.
