I have 4 boys! Those schleich figures you got from Barnes and Noble are awesome. We have collected a few of those exact type of characters over the years and they hold up well and my boys have really enjoyed them. We also purchased them from our Canadian book store called Chapters - equivalent to Barnes and Noble. 😊😊😊

I used 2 different papers for my boys last year (1.5 and 4 at the time) and it did NOT go well. Each of them was upset they didn't get to open one with the other's paper. LOL

It makes me so happy that you treat both children equally. It makes me sad to see some parents that are giving their younger child less saying they won't ever know. Christmas is about being together as a family and experiencing this day together. I feel they deserve roughly the same amount no matter their age. Everyone has their own reasons so I am truly not judging any family.

The hockey set sounds so fun! If you wanted to set it up but still have something wrapped, you could set it up in another room or outside and do a scavenger hunt for it. Our kids love when we have done this and we just wrap up a clue in a box and then hide 4-5 other ones. They beg each year for one!

Your Christmas present/stocking stuff videos are the best! Everything is thoughtful and practical but also so fun! I put so much thought and time into my son’s presents because I want to get quality items that he’ll play with all year long! So thank you for all these great ideas!🎄❤️

Fantastic ideas. Those little monster figures are from a company called Schleich which also do a massive range of model animals. They are expensive but the quality is unmatched. I don’t think you’ll regret buying them. We’ve bought many of these figures over the years including recently, the two you’ve shown for our 7 year old grandson, and he loves them. They are very well played with 😊

I have a 4.5 year old son and 2 year old son and this year we had them each pick a gift for their sibling for Christmas and they both were so excited to do that. I am going to have my older son help me wrap his brother's gift as well. I am so happy to see that they are already excited to give as much as they are to receive.
