Thank you for sharing. This video helped a lot. New update as at today 07 January 24 1. The application form is just one page showing your passport photograph and you don’t need to sign anywhere. It should contain reference number, Application ID, and other relevant information as well as payment paid. 2. There is no acknowledgement slip again. Hence you need this documents - Application form -Appointment form -Payment receipt -Biodata page copy of old passport -Old passport (physical copy) -Get usps envelope -Get your money order Update: Tha Atlanta office was super swift. Got there 9:35 am left 10:25 am. Less than an hour 💃🏻💃🏻

The online application does not have a place to sign under the next of kin.

We are having issues signing in to print the acknowledgement slip via the link when you input the ID number and Reference number, it will take you to another login page which does not allow your login credentials. I use my Google login, but it does not allow me to log in. Do you have the solution to this or is anyone facing the same issues?

All the phone numbers listed in the New York location center are not reachable. Some of the owners of those phone numbers have since been dead and buried, so the NIN need to update the New York location phone numbers.

What about the metal circular piece ? I know you can scrub it but I can physically see the areas where you can’t scrub it and it’s food stuck between it and the plastic. It doesn’t pop off?

getting this to replace to $500 Breville juicer. There was a crack in the bottom piece thats connecting the top hopper. Over $200 to replace that one part. Also, it wouldn't go long before getting clogged.
