I have a few questions, if someone could answer then that would be very helpful! 1) What is the name of the black tarpaulin type material you use? 2) Could the pond overflow during rainy season, and if so, how would you handle it? 3) How hard is it really to maintain a pond? Thanks, great video!

the stick fight scene between Robin of Locksley and John Little "Best man of the woods" is why I'm watching this video. I fully intend to re-enact the whole scene word for word step for step. Prince of thieves best movie ever!!!!!

I built something like that over thirty years ago in my back garden only about four times the size but I put a good layer of sand in first then the liner; after that I covered the whole pond in cement and while the cement was wet I covered it all in beach cobbles. Its never leaked or required any maintenance in all these years.

My Daughter made a pond using a ridge pond insert she bought from a home improvement store, she dug out a place for the pond to set she did a very nice job ,and she has her Goldfish in it ,we live in Arizona near Las Vegas summers are very hot but the fish are doing just fine, she put a double water fall on it and a canopy over it, the water stays cool.. , around the base, yes she dug out a place for the pond to set in then filled in around it.and it looks really nice she is going to put some decorative rock around to hide the cement blocks
