I told the judge when he convicted me for something I didn't do the God would come down and punish that town and look at what happened good I'm. Glad it happened till every time. Tulare county sheriff's department is exempt from all lawsuits they kill people and get away with it

From what I saw, the water is not reaching the HSRP.

The railroads, BNSF & HSR, are outside the lake bed. The lake boundaries have been marked on maps for 130+ years. Highways 33 and 43 are also located outside of the lake bed. This is where LA got the idea to drain Owens Lake in the early 1900s.

@@archstanton_live 150000 Acres in the Central Valley. In the first week of April they were diverting water away from their property to higher ground at the same time planting tomatoes. I bet those tomatoes are still not flooded.
