For me, Yohane of the Parhelion Sunshine in the Mirror is the trashiest Love Live Sunshine isekai anime spin-off I've ever watched it in 2024. Along with Synduality Noir is a satanically bad mecha anime I've ever watched it in 2023-24.

I also recently discovered this anime and fell in love with it. The music, atmosphere, and the whole vibe of the show was right up my alley. Miyu is such an interesting character and I enjoyed watching her relationship with Larva.

Nice review. I watched this way back when it came out & I don't remember much of the details, but it's just SO unique & different, & I personally do remember enjoying it. I might re-watch it sometime, & see how it stands up to my more mature mindset. (But yaaassss I remember LOVING many of their outfits! Definitely some great style directing there.)
