Great video. When making this, do you take your shaft length prior to being bent? A 54" would work for me so would I use 54" long strips and then bend or does the measurement come after?

0:35 I have a STIHL 064, 85cc, saw that I use for milling. My dealer told me I need an MS-880 but so far the 064 has been eating wood like butter. I'm thinking be just wants to sell me a big expensive saw.

Incredible sourdough tutorial! The flavor is excellent. My dough took a long time to rise because my house was cold. By the time it seemed risen enough, it was pretty late. So I shaped it, put it in the fridge overnight, and baked it the following morning. 💯

This is a GREAT video!!!! A couple questions Bread Master--Do you judge the bulk rise by how high it comes or by time? How to I keep insects our of my reed baskets when I store them?
@skookumliving46
@skookumliving46 8 ай бұрын
I first judge the bulk by volume, but if it doesn’t rise fast enough, I call it and form it into loaves(better to have small loaves then flat loaves in my opinion) And I have the bread mixing bucket I use fits my baskets in between bakings

In what universe does soot collect on the bottom of a lantern globe? LOL Soot is a product of combustion. It's part of what rises from a flame. It rises upwards, not downwards, thus collects on the top of the globe and in the lantern chimney.
