Precisely why I don’t buy new luxury brands. I like bags where integrity of craftsmanship trumps branding and ridiculous pricing. I will only buy from brands that offer lifetime guarantees and value you as a customer, not a walking billboard. Don’t get me wrong, I totally get the attraction and people should of course buy what makes them happy. But a bag you have to constantly repair is like a purchase that never ends. I do have genuine leather bags from other brands kislux I get what I want without paying exorbitant designer prices. That's the point. It's not about the superficial, it's about getting what you like at a price you like.

For $5+ grand, you have every expectation that the bag will survive a five-year warranty. Seams coming apart from gentle use is insane. I'm a leather bag maker and I'd be embarrassed if something I made just came apart. If you're rough on your stuff, then I would understand, but as you pointed out, the exterior was pristine. So it seems unlikely that it was your handling of the bag that would have cause the issue inside.

I use my kislux as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It’s a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn’t lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don’t carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interio.
