I finally got to ride this 2 weeks ago and boy did it deliver! This was my first RMC and I chose the back as my first go, what an experience!! I was left completely speechless after I couldn’t quite believe what had happened it was absolutely insane, I obviously can’t compare it to others but I plan to ride zadra next as I was told my an enthusiast it’s much better!

Not a bad ride but, not more memorable than other RMC's. It definitely did NOT live up to the hype. it rides like a pandemic coaster, of the likes of Orion, and Pantheon. Not an RMC crown Jewel

The major differences are the happy ending similar to the 1994 Walt Disney World ride's version and the mine cart rolling to the guests from the original Disney World version.

This ride looks really rough and bad. It genuinely just seems like a waste of space and stupid. I'd love to try it tho, can't judge a book by its cover.

The roughness could be from the person holding it (if they are holding and it isn't latched onto the ride)

This is also the last roller coaster with inversions in the state of Louisiana, unless New Orleans opens its next amusement park. But I kinda wish that they had a Ghost Blasters Installment at the park, that way Louisiana can once again have a major dark ride...

Great to see this ride up and running again. This log flume sat abandoned beachside in Wildwood NJ for decades. It opened for only a few years in the late 90s before being shuttered again. Another pier on the Wildwood boardwalk has one of the best log flumes in the world, so this one was always viewed as kind of meh, but it was always iconic to see it on the boardwalk. It had a deep maroon color.

Do you have to change into dry clothes to ride stuff in Dixie Landin'? Or do you just have to wait a bit to dry off and then ride with your swimming clothes on?

If there was a rule, the ride ops weren't enforcing it. Lots of people were riding the dry rides in wet swimming suits, sometimes leaving behind wet seats when they get off the ride.

Regular over the shoulder restraints. But there isn't as much head banging compared to other boomerang coasters I've been on.

It looks super rough because I was holding the camera with my hands. It is a little rough but nowhere near as bad as other boomerang coasters I've been on.

The sound of the replaced track, especially the roars in the valleys on the way back, sounds wonderful :) I hope more parks choose to redo sections on older wooden coasters like this
