1.4 pistons dont fit. its a 2.0 now, and all the mods were done for the ideal way to lower compression a bit

Have you done the pressure calculations with the methanol? I would think it’s okay with these pressures.

Good explenation. All so im working on my golf 2 compound 2.0 strokker with mtdi and a lot of modification. At this moment about 250hp from engine( that was with 1.9 engine) strokker soon coming.

I absolutely love your videos, I like how you go into depth and explain things well. I own a mk2 golf I swapped a 1z into, converted it to a m-tdi and I slapped on a gt25 with some other mods its laggy but fun to drive. Cant wait to see you get your car on the road again im looking forward to hearing what that turbo setup sounds like. It would be sweet if you set up a few go-pro cameras like one under the hood (bonnet) and one outside the car then go do a hill climb.

Nice work! I'm working at my 2.5TDI on mTDI pump now, becouse i don't like this spaghetti... and know how make power from mechanical solution hehe. I think about compound turbo for this engine.

Hi. Very nice setup. I am thinking of something similar for my 2.0 CR project, but the HP turbo i was thinking to put it VNT and control it as the original one. What do you think? Do you have a FB profile? Maybe we can exchange some ideas.

How well is this running? I have 3bar boost after 3500rpm but would be nice if i had 1.5-1.7 bar at 2000rpm also so i am thinking at compound.
