At 3:49, text on the screen states, "Offer closes Feb. 10, 1995." That could be a hint about the date. Also, the Harvey Norman ad possibly was recorded in Tasmania, based upon the on-screen graphics at 1:58.

I'd just come back to Australia at that time after nearly 3 years away. One of the first ads I saw was that one for Stayfree, with the mellifluous voiced redhead. 😄

Yes, moody mornings like nowhere else. Even in winter, cold as, COLD AS, but the clearest blue cloudless skies, and snow on the mountain. Just as good, maybe better, are the clear cold starry nights when you see the magnificent Aurora Australis floating across the mountain in waves of colours...
